Pudhuvayal collects your name, phone number, location, and payment information solely for the purpose of operating the marketplace. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Farmer documents including Aadhaar and Patta/Chitta are collected for verification purposes only and stored securely with restricted access. All data is processed in compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. For any data-related requests contact hello@pudhuvayal.com.
By using Pudhuvayal you agree that you are either a verified farmer listing genuine produce or a genuine buyer placing real orders. Farmers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings including price, quantity, and availability. Pudhuvayal reserves the right to suspend any account found to be fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms. All transactions are final unless a quality dispute is raised within 24 hours of order completion.
If you receive produce that significantly differs from the listing in terms of quality, quantity, or type, you may raise a dispute within 24 hours of receiving your order through the Pudhuvayal app. Our support team will review your complaint and if valid, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Refunds are not available for change of mind or personal preference.
