We collect minimal necessary data including: precise GPS location for doorstep deliveries (buyers) and farm coordinate mapping (farmers), phone numbers for login, and voluntarily provided Government IDs (Aadhaar/Farmer ID) for verified sellers.
Your location data is strictly utilized to map logistics and determine product availability. Government IDs are encrypted and verified solely against the AgriStack/Central DB to issue verified seller badges.
Under NO circumstances do we sell your location, harvesting data, or purchasing habits to third-party data brokers or advertisement networks. We may occasionally share essential delivery details with local logistic partners purely to fulfill your order.
You can delete your account and request full data erasure directly through our Support portal.

PudhuVayal acts solely as an independent marketplace bridging local farmers and consumers. We do not own, sell, or take possession of the agricultural products listed.
A farmer is fully responsible for the freshness, accuracy, and safe delivery (if opted) of their perishables. We strictly mandate completely organic methods where advertised. Providing misleading information may result in account termination.
Buyers commit to genuine purchases. Once a farmer initiates the harvesting process or dispatches a delivery, buyers are obligated to accept and pay for their items, as agricultural goods perish rapidly.
Both farmers and buyers are responsible for maintaining the security of their OTPs and Aadhaar verification statuses.
Any major disputes regarding crop quality should be immediately submitted through our Help & Support dashboard for moderation.
PudhuVayal deals exclusively in time-sensitive, perishable farm produce. Therefore, our refund and cancellation policies reflect the strict nature of the agricultural industry.
Buyers can confidently cancel any order BEFORE its status is updated to "Harvesting" or "Dispatched". Because farms prepare crops specifically for you, once marked as Harvesting, cancellations are completely disabled.
Due to the perishable nature of the items (vegetables, fruits, milk), we do not offer standard return policies for "change of mind" or "taste preferences".
The only exception for a refund is if the product received is heavily damaged, rotten, or materially completely different from the description.
